I'm still here, like many I don't have a ton of time to post, but still here.

I had a little slip over the weekend. Old situation, major trigger, a number of adult beverages consumed at a friends 40th birthday, but it was minor. I'm strong and resolved to never smoking again.

Hi Deepbreath  and ALL    I haven't posted much lately,  I am still around .. and still smoke free.

Something that helped me...  I do NOT want to go thru the first 30 days again.   I did have some pretty good "urges" before milestone dates.  50, 100 days.  so be prepared to say NO...keep your tools handy .. and plan and lookforward to some rewards.

It is easier and takes LESS work to be a NON smoker.. now I just grab my purse and keys and GO.  I am not checking to make sure I have smokes, a lighter, enough smokes to get me through the day, or enough money to buy them...not looking for a place to smoke.. something to spray on me or breath mints so people don't know I have beensmoking.

hmm that was a lot of time spent out of my day.. planning on .. and smoking and cleaning up.....

Now I see someone behind a dumpster or at least 25' from a doorway to grab a few puffs...that could be me.

Bonnie  smoke free.. one day at a time
