Grin, it might be that you don't know what to do with your extra energy. I know you said you've been keeping busy, but you might want to try a structured exercise plan, something that will show you results and allow you to continue challenging yourself. Maybe a regular walking plan with an eye toward building up to running, or join a gym.
If you already exercise regularly, try adding a new activity or ramp it up. If none of that is your bag, maybe look for an opportunity to volunteer, or take a class.
At this point, your quit is not as exciting as it was when it was new, it's strong & you don't have to think about it every minute. So, if you aren't filling your time & using up your energy with smoking, & not doing that with your quit either, of course you're going to feel a little restless.
