Well, I just have one question though.. did you slip? Because if you have already gone 7 days without any nicotine, then the nicotine is already completely out of your system, and I wouldn't recomend putting it back!
If you're using another NRT - then I think you should stick with that and see it through until the end, and not add a second one.
Chew regular sugar free gum, and cinnemon sticks, and straws, and whatever else for the hand-to-mouth satirsfaction.
