MJ, Congratulations for picking yourself up and starting again. I prefer "Phoenix Rising" to "Fallen Warrior"; it is so much more positive so stick with it! Penitent

Way to go MJ... regroup . I am glad you are back and have some smoke free days. We have aids to use... but there is NO magic bullet... Positive Mental Attitude. Keep us posted and so Great to see you here.. a phoenix arising from the (yucky) ashes... Hi guys: After my "Fallen Warrior" thread I have regrouped and now have a stretch of smoke free days under my belt (again). My plan to rely more on the NRT gum is going well, however I still don't find I need the maximum daily allowance. When I feel an urge to light up, I tell myself that it is just the nicotine I want at the moment, and not the rest of the junk and stink that goes with a cigarette. Nicodemon still influencing me, but will deal with him later. Thanks to bj for my new thread title and to DL for the Athena suggestion. The latter I will save to use when I am truly in a position to be a quit mentor. And thanks as well to rest of you who responded with so much support - smoke free hugs to all of you.
