Bi-polar & not smoking

16 years ago 0 79 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
I am in the last part of my week 3 of no smoking. I have manic depression-bipolar tendancies & yesterday was a horrible bugger. This was my 1st episode since I quit smoking. I didn't realize what was going on, but I had no craving for a cigarette, which I found really strange. I now know what signs to look for in the future if & when it happens again. I am sooooo proud of myself not to have had a REAL set-back. I'm going to reward myself tomorrow, even before my 4th week starts on Tuesday.
