Welcome to the SSC Sassy. The 1st three days are the hardest as our body is trying to fix itself. You are doing great, and a few more days and hell week is over, and it will get easier. Remember..before you smoke..post. you can do this.. I decided on thursday - 2/7/08 that i was 'done' with smoking. i will be 50 in July - and have smoked my whole life - i smoked in the womb as my mom smoked when she was pregnant with me...so although i wasn't able to grasp the marlboro...it was there - waiting. I have not had a cigarette -not a puff - nothing - since thursday night. i have cried 3 times during the weekend - i am determined to make it...i am not using anything but my own will to live - no patches, no gum...but i feel sad and lonely - like i lost a best friend.hmmpf.
