Oh someone asked about this quit and I did it cold turkey. I had a virus..was so sick that I didnt even feel like smoking for a few days so that was my headstart..The first week sort of easy because of being sick. The second week was a little trying and a couple of tears and then ok. The third week was easier but some insomnia but I know that this will pass. Actually looking forward to this 4th week of no smoking. Went to the dentist for a cleaning yesterday and enjoying keeping it clean!! Good luck everyone!
