Hi A1, I've been around but lurking more than posting. Sounds like you are going through the normal blah's of February and quitting smoking. I had a really hard time around the 73-87 day mark for whatever reason and didn't think I would get through it. Not smoking made me stronger and I held solid in my quit knowing that smoking will not change anything for me or make me feel any better about anything. Whatever you may be going through will eventually pass and just do what you can to remain in good spirits! Looks like posting might have helped even a little as you get your frustrations or feelings out. Obviously I would recommend more exercise, more water, better diet, remembering to de-stress and relax, find a new hobby, start a project, read, listen to music, make some time to spend with friends and family, go out to dinner with a loved one or find a new distraction from thinking about smoking.
If it does not go away then eventually talk to your doctor about depression but I think we are all going through something similar right now and it can be difficult but it does pass. Hold your head up high and don't smoke as that will just make you feel worse in more ways then one. Good job on taking vitamins as those are especially important after quitting. (I definetely need to be taking more of everything right now)
You are 100% on the right track with the positive attitude. First off your post was more positive than negative and it appears as though you are attempting to attract that into your life right now. Keep on thinking of positive things and they will come....it takes less effort to be positive and happy then negative and angry. Get quotes off the internet, read a book or story or post here and ask for positive influence. You are doing this day by day and doing an amazing job at it.
I am so proud of you and know how proud you are of yourself. Have a wonderful weekend!
