Shame about Jeff healey ... only heard about him for the first time when he had a spot in the Swayze movie "Road House" - I loved his rockin'-bluesy sound right then and there... You are doing great Rockstar... you'll never have to perform behind chicken-wire! (lol) This reminds me of the day when I heard that Hendrix died in London ... Kristilu, I just know that you'll make when you are ready. Great that you're staying close to the site no matter what else is going on.... I've quit other addictions and it has taken many, many attempts to get it right finally. I'm still stunned that I'm having such a relatively easy time quitting tobacco ... I put it down to the Champix, good habits I'm learning here and good friends like yourself ... Hi Kristi,, you have one smoke free day on your milage meter... that's a girl thats the way... one day at a time. I think for your dad.. the nicotrol.. fake cigarette may be a good idea fo r your dad, but it may be too much like the real thing for you. But know you are supported in your quit. hang in there.
