Don't underestimate the power of the mind.
Ok, after my slips this past weekend, I went out and bought the Allen Carr's book and read it and finished it on Sunday. AAAAAAAAMMMMAAAAAAZZZZIIIIINNNNGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!
It totally changed my view on smoking. I learned lots of things I never was able to understand or realize. It opened my eyes, changed my mind. I dropped the Nicorette gums, no more substitute. Believe me, this week and last week are TOTALLY different. Last week I was craving to smoke, this week I barely think about cigarettes and when I thinkg about them it's NOT because I want one. How can it be? I don't want to smoke!!! I just don't want to!!! It has been like this since Sunday. I finally "feel" like a non-smoker, and a HAPPY one. Am I just going nuts?
Many of you probably read it. How did it affect you? Am I the only one here? I'm in awe. Seriously.
