Changing,
Keep hanging in there and if you need to vent, scream, whatever, I'm right here along with the rest of the folks on this site. Day 3 is a LULU isn't it? If you look under Withdrawal Symptoms, you'll find my post called Gloom, Despair, and Agony on Me. I posted that when I was on Day 3 and it was horrible. I had to get on this site and vent and get feedback before I caved in. I was so afraid I was about to cave but at the same time, I wanted to hang in there with everything I had.
Are you drinking a lot of water? I mean, as much water as you can stand and especially when those cravings hit? Make sure you do, okay? I'm on Day 9 and still have to drink a lot of water but on Day 1 through 4, everytime I moved it sounded like the waves coming in. lol Do you have your gum, hard candy, soft candy, straws, toothpicks, sunflower seeds, peanuts, etc. to help with that hand to mouth thing?
As soon as you get home from work, shed the clothes, take a hot shower, grab a bite, and settle in with a bottle of water and your snacks. Try to sleep as much as you can, when you can. Your body is healing with each and every crave......with each and every withdrawal symptom. Breath in slowly through your nose and out through your mouth, pause, and do it again during those anxiety attacks. Don't panic, be aware that your body is healing. And if you talk about what you're feeling, it helps. Okay?
Hang in there and we're all with you!! You're doing great and have a wonderful attitude.
