Glad you're back OMT! Does your Hubby smoke in your home? If so, maybe he would agree to take it outside as a help to you.
Try to remember what smoking does to you, it causes cancer, emphasema, COPD, etc. etc. See them for what they really are,
a stick of cancer causing pesticide. From this point of view you won't want to smoke one ever again. If your Hubby still smokes, just remember this, if he was a crack addict would you join him? No, its an addiction, be the example, he will follow as soon as he sees you doing it!
