OK, so I've been realizing these past few days, that the major cravings I have are during late afternoon, leading up to dinner time. And also realized that what stops them for me is self-talk. I say, "I'm wanting a cigarette, but I don't really WANT it, because I don't smoke. I'm a non-smoker." I was curious as to what others say, and sure enough, I ran into this one by Lady J
