THANK YOU SOOO MUCH MR. ED!! I am quite excited to be on this list. As much as I love my friends and family there are not much of them that believe in me as I've tried to quit so many times before...this site has really helped me believe in myself even more than I did when I decided to quit! Such a great place to come and read, write, vent...whatever you want!! I am looking forward to being on the weekly list next Monday!!! WOO HOO TO ME (and of course all you other quitters out there) Stay strong and say NOPE!!!

Congratulations SMOKERELLA - I have added you to my Stats database. This means that your significant(cig nificant?) Quit dates will be posted here for all to celebrate. Check out your name on The 'YOUNGEST to OLDEST' and 'A-Z of Quitters' parades next weekend. And on Monday - you will be in the DAILY PARADE - one week quit. There are no catches - expect one. Once you are on MISTER Ed's database, you are NOT, repeat NOT allowed to lapse in your quit! ;) I wish you well - I can usually sniff out a Winner - and I think that you are going to be one! Way to go, Smokerella! Congrats on your first day smoke-free and the attitude you are taking to get it done. Keep doing what you're doing and keep us posted, okay? You made it through yesterday so I know you can make it through today, tomorrow and the rest of your life! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/25/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 164 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,920 Amount Saved: $959.40 Life Gained: Days: 14 Hrs: 20 Mins: 15 Seconds: 42

Hi Smokerella, Congratulations on your day 1. That is 24 hours toward your life as a non-smoker. Good for you!! Now, day 2 begins. Just do what you did yesterday, one hour at a time and know that you can do this, you are strong. Hang tough and stay close. You will always have help here. Thank you to everyone for your wonderful words of encouragement. I made it through my first day and I feel good about it. Today is a bit harder so far, but I know I'll make it through!
