Terry, get a straw, hard candy, mints, gum...something to keep your mouth busy. Something else that really, really helps is to change your routine around a bit,have your shower first and then coffee or that type of switch, just so it is different and it eases the cravings. I am a coffee lover too, and I refused to give up my coffee, but the routine change did the trick!
