Glad to hear from you. It is tough for a while. You didn't become a smoker overnight and it won't go away over night but it will go away. 40 days is awsome. The dealing with life as a non-smoker is hard to get a grip on. Find something to replace it. I suggest deep breathing. It's free, You can do it good and it is always there. Breath in relaxation breath out stress. It is better than smoking.And Mary it will get better. I was just like you but I know now I am better. I no longer feel the need to smoke to be normal.Not smoking is the normal you know.
