Hi Island Girl
As everyone else has said, use the program tools here - the glove box, the quit program workbook. They both help you identify triggers and coping strategies, as well as keep you busy ;) Ice water helps a lot. Since you know you smoke as a relaxation/reward thing, maybe you could plan a different one? A quick walk outside, 5 minutes doing a crossword or word find? a mini-facial? paint your fingernails? point being, do something nice for yourself instead of smoking. Anyways, welcome and i look forward to being on this journey with you.
