Terry, no time like the present!!! I know that apprehension well though.
Spend some time getting ready then, read here a lot. Get some fresh fruit, veg, sour jelly bellies, etc....ready to go, cold water really helps, I read a whole author backlist, some 40 books when I quit - and your quit reasons. Keep them visible and handy.
