6) Do whatever it takes to remain smoke free! It's a lot easier to keep a good quit going than lose momentum by slipping or relapsing and having to start all over.
7) Rewards, rewards, rewards! Reward yourself for all of your hard work as often as you feel you need to... and especially on major milestones. If you don't, your addicted brain will crave even more because it wants a reward and is used to getting cigarettes as rewards. Reward it with something else to keep tough milestone-triggers away!
