Moss, this is normal. I know it sucks. Deep breaths.
Look for some positivity, how you feel, what smells and tastes good, how much energy you have, etc...
I spent alot of time reading here during this time in my quit.
It will pass, I promise, it is worth it.
It is all in how you chose to deal with it, non-smokers get the dumps too, that is what you are now, so chose your way to deal. Mine was shopping, eating and drinking therapy and I think i have it down pat :)
