Hey AJ, I have been where you are, also quit with chantix, and I know what you mean about those cigs. Pretty soon you will just say screw it and not even bother, and you won't miss it either.
be ready though with something else to do to pass the time and to help you cope when a crave hits, get some cold water, mints, fruit, jelly bellies, and I recommend exercise too.
Also keep your quit reasons close, tell your co-workers to help keep you honest, and also note the positives of your quit, how you can smell now, taste etc...it is all good and so worth it.
if you get in trouble post here, HELP and wait for replies before you act.
