Ordinary People Quit
You may personally know of people or at a minimum heard of people who quit smoking. I have known of few dozen throughout my years, some young in their twenties, thirties and forties, and some middle aged in there fifties and sixties.
These people have managed to quit and stay that way. They are ordinary people that found a way. Your way, when the urge strikes might be to tell yourself that smoking is not an option and I had better find some other way to handle this crave. Handle craves with a distraction of one kind or another.
Take the quit journey one day at a time. Even if you did like puffing, in a relatively short amount of time you will realize that there is nothing special about smoking.
It is important to take in one day at a time, not to think ahead, why? You may overwhelm yourself and give in. Do it day by, the days add up fairly quickly and you find that smoking is something that you can live without. We are all shepherds on this journey to everlasting freedom. Stay determined, motivated and positive.
Great quit to you!
