Terri, you're very early in the quit, give your self a break! Plan ahead and get some strategies in place to help you through. Self talk, water, straws,candy, gum, print some posts to help you...etc. Get the tools in place and it will help you get to where you want to go. Don't worry about the meter, losing two days is better than losing 200, am I right? :)
