Hey Moss, it happens. Chantix will help your emotions after the first 7-10 days - give yourself a major break, this is a hard thing you are doing, be kind to yourself.
Sleep, rest, reward yourself - every day if that is what it takes, even if a reward is starbucks or chocolate, exercise, and really pamper yourself.
Set up your weapons also, fresh fruit, mints, nuts, cold water, don't let yourself get Hungry, Angry, Lonely or Tired (H.A.L.T.).
Finally stay close, read and post here or just read, I spent hours here.
