At least withdrawls from smoking wont kill you as where heroin can kill you from withdrawls. Glad I only have to tackle ciggs. But i feel that if you can break this addiction and the habit as bad as it is then most anything else is possible. Its all about the pride and the self esteem of doing something 80% of other smokers cant do (QUIT). And believe it or not you as a smoker are responsible for killing others with second hand smoke. I dont want that on my resume. I feel better quiting and helping other quit or staying quit than I would killing innocent people and child with my second hand smoke. Im sure I am not alone on how I feel. "Seems to me the door is open all I have to do is step through it" Sounds so easy. I'm trying I promise you Bear. My shrink says I don't need him. Maybe my door is not a new job, he suggested that. I've missed being here. Been getting physically strong and obviously using some help emotionally. Been your worst lurker  Love to all

Perhaps some of our long-quitters could share what new challenges they've taken on? Danielle, Bilingual Support Specialist
