4C? That's only 40deg.F Holy cow!! Long underwear time. I live in Florida, and it gets that low 2 days out of the year. Remember, as it gets colder, the people that will be the coldest, are the ones who have to go outside to smoke. You will not be one of those people, and stay nice and toasty inside.
