Glad to know you're still smoke free. Yeah, what everyone else said...we all have gone through some rough times during this journey. For most of us, smoking was how we dealt with them in the past, so it is an adjustment, trying to figure out what else to do now that we don't smoke. If you're not comfortable sharing your struggles in a public forum like this, maybe on im, or hopefully, with someone in your "real" life? I know, I know..this IS real life ;) Anyways, please don't feel you have to be upbeat to post here. Sending you some positive thoughts
