Hi Xena - I was tired, really tired, for probably the first three weeks. I had a sore throat at the beginning as well but I don't remember how long that lasted. I think it was only for the first week or so. I had headaches, dizziness, problems breathing, sleeping, concentrating, and on and on and on. It's better now and the majority of my issues occured that first couple weeks. I still haven't noticed a change in my skin but I never thought I looked grey in the first place. The damage we've done to ourselves has been gradual and I expect the healing to be gradual as well. The withdrawl and the body's initial reaction to the absence of nicotine is anything but gradual. Stick it out. You'll feel much better in another few days or so. :)
