Kev, I promsie I will not smoke today. I also will not eat any sardines. How about a cookie?
You have as much chance as anyone of staying smoke-free, Kev. You've done it for 79 days. All you have to so is keep doing that, that's how it gets done. You have fought hard for those days, & you have done your share of helping others along the way. You are most definitely worth it and I never want you to think otherwise, not for one second.
No plan is stupid if it keeps you from smoking. The staying naked idea is not that different than my taking a bath. I do it because I won't go to the store naked or with my hair wet. The idea is by the time I get out of the bath, dry my hair & get dressed, the junkie will have given up. It works.
You are a valued member of our community, Kev, and there is not one person who wouldn't be happy to help you if you asked for help, so get that "crying wolf" nonsense out of your head right now.
Think, soul-search, write & post all you want. Nobody ever got cancer & died from any of that. Just don't smoke.
