Denzil,
Congratulations on your long quit! How awesome to be smoke free for so long. You know, they say it takes an entire year to quit smoking and I believe it to be true. It took me that long. Hang on tight and no matter what, don't light up. It wouldn't be worth it.
Take some deep breaths, drink some ice water, kick, scream, cry, whatever it takes just don't smoke. Each situation you make it through makes you that much stronger for the next. Quitting is a tough thing to do and look how long you've been doing it! You are already a success. Don't stop now. YOu are almost home free.
You aren't alone either. A lot of us have been where you are. It really does get better. Try it and see for yourself :)
