I just wanted to share a tip I used in my early days...don't know why I haven't done it before now...
I have a tube of hand lotion in my desk, and whenever I got the urge to smoke, I would massage the lotion into each hand, massaging each finger, joint, knuckle, etc. It took about 5 minutes...about the time it would take to smoke a cigarette.
Worked for me, and knowing how you like certain scents, it might work for you (If I were you, I don't think I would go for the floral scents, you may want something a little more masculine!)
My hands felt great, smelled great, and looked great.
Have I told you lately how proud of you I am? You have come such a long way in the past 18 days! Keep going!
