You are well on your way to success. You have taken a really giant first step on the road to victory. One second, one minute, one hour or one day at a time; what ever it takes. I personally wish you all the success and will be marching along side of you as you climb the mountain. YOU CAN DO THIS JAN.........I feel it. Good morning everyone! Tomorrow I go smoke free...and more than happy to have the chance. Even happier to do something about it. I bought myself more paper for my binder and dividers for my journal, exercise etc. Even though this can be challenging psychologically at first, physically, its a Godsend. I want to follow all the physical changes closely in my journal. I expect to see: - more energy - the ability to breathe deeply - clearer skin - perhaps to look 10 years younger(one can wish!!!!) - peace of mind I'm sure there's more, but that's a good start! I am ready to wage war upon Old Nick! Have a great day, Cheers, Jan ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/24/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 0 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 0 Amount Saved: $0.00 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 0 Mins: 39 Seconds: 16
