Good morning everyone! Tomorrow I go smoke free...and more than happy to have the chance. Even happier to do something about it. I bought myself more paper for my binder and dividers for my journal, exercise etc.
Even though this can be challenging psychologically at first, physically, its a Godsend. I want to follow all the physical changes closely in my journal. I expect to see:
- more energy
- the ability to breathe deeply
- clearer skin
- perhaps to look 10 years younger(one can wish!!!!)
- peace of mind
I'm sure there's more, but that's a good start!
I am ready to wage war upon Old Nick!
Have a great day,
Cheers, Jan ;)
