Thanks Unhooked, Loulou, Danielle & Nonic :) I try to use a wry sense of humour to get me through all times, and it's been particularly useful when I quit smoking. There's so much to laugh at in life, and sometimes people just take things too seriously. I find laughing at myself and in the face of adversity really takes the bite off.
