Sam, Welcome back up on the wagon! Of course we all want you back! No excuses needed and no judgement... just hugs! Although you don't have to tell us what happened, I urge you to think about the situation and figure out what caused it and what you will do next time. I've found, through an abundance of my own mistakes as well as watching others make the same mistake as well, that after a slip, it's SO much easier to do it again. That doesn't mean that you will or that you have to, but it does mean that you will need to be overly cautious in the future to make sure that this doesn't happen again. What will you do to prevent it? Make a plan, such as "I will come here and post and wait for 10 responses before ever smoking" or something like that. Welcome back and best wishes! Crave the Quit! Thank you EVER so much Silvia and mamakitty ! :) Your words of support are so important to me right now. The pain from slipping and the pain from my foot combined are somewhat hellish.. but it's more of a hell to smoke ! Yes mamakitty I am going to set up my easel and do some drawings and perhaps finish up a painting that I've put aside for a long time. Once again.. thank you and I'll be back later on for sure :) (((((((hugs))))))) xo My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/6/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 0 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 0 Amount Saved: $0.00 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 0 Mins: 56 Seconds: 11

Good morning Sam! (((HUG))) No reasons needed. Mistakes are for learning from:) I'm just glad you popped back so fast and came to share your experience with us. Smoking won't make any situation better, ever. Not even having to deal with a fractured bone!! I'm so sorry you're going through that kind of pain! I hope you'll remember to breathe, rest a lot, be very good to yourself... and watch how you pull yourself through and heal without cigarettes! They have no healing power at all. I wish you peace and great gifts in learning more about your wonderful self;) Maybe drawing or painting could be healing for you now too...? Whatever helps you through. Keep posting when you can:) xxx-ooo mamakitty My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/11/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 25 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 375 Amount Saved: $100.00 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 14 Mins: 33 Seconds: 27

I could probably go into a 1/2 dozen reasons why I smoked..... and then tell you how horrible I feel/felt about the whole damn thing.. But there is no excuse which is acceptable to me for doing what I did. I made a gross mistake.. I caved.. and now I'm back to start all over again. I so hope that I will be welcomed back because I need your help. I learned from what I did.. one of the biggest things was that smoking didn't make the situation better, in fact it did the opposite. Also I'll be on as much as I can as it's difficult for me to keep going to the computer because I fractured a bone in the top of my foot yesterday so I'm hobbling around and on big time pain killers. xo My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/6/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 0 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 0 Amount Saved: $0.00 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 0 Mins: 50 Seconds: 20
