Sam,
Welcome back up on the wagon! Of course we all want you back! No excuses needed and no judgement... just hugs!
Although you don't have to tell us what happened, I urge you to think about the situation and figure out what caused it and what you will do next time. I've found, through an abundance of my own mistakes as well as watching others make the same mistake as well, that after a slip, it's SO much easier to do it again. That doesn't mean that you will or that you have to, but it does mean that you will need to be overly cautious in the future to make sure that this doesn't happen again. What will you do to prevent it? Make a plan, such as "I will come here and post and wait for 10 responses before ever smoking" or something like that. Welcome back and best wishes!
