JDK congrats on one day, that is awesome. Just do the same thing today and when you wake up tomorrow you will have another smoke free day ;p Phil, threats would have never worked for me. The more threats the more determined I would be to smoke. Time and wonderful friends, hubby and this site worked for me. It works only when you want it to work. That is what works for me. Hi Guys, Yes SSC is a wonderful place for all types of support. So many different characters here. All of them great. Some have a drier sense of humour than even me :) Butterfly Swimmer, I changed my counter now, as I quit Sunday. Sorry about the confusion, I just couldn't be bothered smoking any more.
