Mercy, honey, you're doing great too, don't forget those 141 days. First, don't feel bad posting. As a newbie & now as a not-quite-newbie, I found & still do that it's better to know that I will still run into craves & triggers for a long time. It helps me be prepared for them. Second, I am truly sorry for whatever happened to upset you like this and you know smoking won't change it. You're a non-smoker, Mercy and bad things happen to non-smokers just like to smokers. Only non-smokers don't have a junkie in their head seizing on the opportunity of their misfortune, to tell them to smoke. You have been strong & you have been a source of inspiration and knowledge to so many here. I am helping you stay strong, Mercy. I have to say I don't do much praying but I know it's important to you & it's what you REALLY need no matter what the junkie thinks you need. So I'm praying for you, Mercy, for strength and guidance and to overcome.
