What do those four words mean to you?
To me, they mean that each day, I have a choice to continue on the path I am on or change to a different one - one that will make my life better and healthier.
They mean that I'm not perfect, but I can still try to be the best I can be.
They mean that, just like with any memory, my brain might remind me of that fact at any time, but I shouldn't be afraid of that thought... that memory... because it's just that - a memory.
They mean that I have a greater chance of living a healthy, long life.
