Hey John, You are doing great, almost a month. Take a deep breath, infact take several, the slow deep breathing really does help with the irritablility and it does help you relax!
Use a mantra at the same time, such as 'I am a non smoker"!
Why, because you are, you have done it, you quit about a month ago, so now close that door and don't ever go back in there!
"Smoking is not an option so I have to do something else"
