ya, I'm still here. I tried to get on last night but internet was down. I've been eating cheerios, popcorn, hard candy, soft candy, chewing gum, eating sunflower seeds, sucking on suckers, drinking lots of water and soda (I quit drinking beer the day before I gave up chew). Almost everything I do used to involve having a chew in my mouth. I hope I don't end up putting on ton of weight, although I could use about 15 pounds to get to my goal weight. Well, I'm off to work.
