Jan, Good for you for making the right choice. Smoking just isn't the answer to anything. I'm so proud of you for not giving into that demon. He's sneaky as hell, isn't he? I know it's scary when the thoughts of giving in are so strong. We just have to keep fighting this one day at a time.
