Make sure to nurture yourself - you have to protect you and your quit. Curl up in bed and watch a movie, read a book, do a crossword puzzle, take a bubble bath. Whatever it takes to make you feel relaxed. Then be like Scarlett O'Hara - think about the other stuff tomorrow!
