It's not so hard

Well I guess I should introduce myself to all the other quitters out there. :) I quit smoking on the first of January this year after smoking two packs a day for the last eighteen years. I smoked my last cigarette at around 12:30 AM that night/morning just before crashing and haven't smoked another since then. There have been moments where I found myself wanting to drive to the gas station and get a pack. Hell, there was one time recently where I actually drove to the gas station, bought a pack, and then returned them two minutes later and bought some hard candy instead. If there was any type of message that I could spread to those contemplating on quitting or even those out there who have recently quit, it would be to buy a bunch of hard candy. Preferably sugar free because personally I don't want yellow teeth from smoking, but I also don't want rotten teeth from too much sugar, either. Good luck, everyone!
