Angelcapp, you won't fail...unless you give yourself permission to fail.
Don't give yourself permission. Know that the only acceptable outcome is success. You will be as successful as you determine to be at this moment... and it's 'always' "this moment".
The cravings will come, in varying degrees and for varying lengths of time... and increasingsly they will have less and less influence on you. You have to accept that as part and parcel of the process. We do. And in the same way that WE deal with it, YOU can deal with it.
Things are getting better. Overall... on average, things are better.... but you still have some times of short duration that 'feel' like crisis. Well...they're not. It's a feeling, and there's no real threat. You're fine. Know that, accept the cravings and realize that they will pass, and live your life in the best way you can at this moment. Don't waste time fighting with insane cravings. Focus on the solution, and the solution is to live your life free of cigarettes.
We believe in you! Now, you believe in you!
