[color=Navy]'Morning everyone ! It's a great day here in Toronto :) The sun is shining, birds are singing and I'm pretty proud of myself -4 weeks smoke free ! I did it and it's a wonderful feeling :) Scaredycat - thanks for checking in .. Hello everyone! Another wonderful smoke free day! It has been a very long day at work again, but it sure is nice not to have to try to work in a smoke break on a busy day. I used to look for any reason I could to get out of the unit so I could go outside.. I think I am more relaxed now cause I am not worrying about when I will get my next smoke break. I will say that I am so proud of everyone! We made it through the month of April! That is my first really big accomplishment as a non-smoker... seeing a new month as a non-smoker. That is just (you got it) awesome! LOL! I am going to go for now so I can finish my dinner and find our thread in the stats area... Way to go April Ashkickers... we are awesome!!!
