Hello to all the new smoke-free people and welcome to this support site!
I am no one special, just someone who is going through what you are! I posted a message earlier to someone on here, and if you don't mind, I would like to repost it! ;)
Nicotine is one of the most addictive, common, easiest to get a hold of with it being legal, and the hardest habit to break. Just making the decision to quit deserves praise and support! Don't pass off what you are doing as nothing, it is a large step and well worth support and understanding!! You deserve a pat on the back and a "way to go!" for sure! ***Patting on your back**** Way to go!
I was on this site on my last quit (that I failed miserably on) and found it so helpful, insightful and calming. There are wonderful support staff here and everyone is here for the same reason; to get rid of the junkie thinking and start life over again!
Sorry for babbling, but I was feeling a crave and had to get it out of my mind! Posting usually helps me greatly with that!
Thanks for listening (or in this case, reading)!
