Welcome all new & current 007 quitters, All you need to join is a quit date that is in 2007. You're all doing so well. Most of you are on your first day so hang tight and keep distractions and rewards at the ready. They will help get you through hell week. Also be sure to take the time to work through our quit program. It will teach you what you need to know about quitting. Keep strong. Keep close. Danielle ________________________ The SSC Support Team

Hi Marie I also ate a ton of sugar for a couple of months...eventually I stopped! Work was and still is a big issue for me, I actually luv the chaos, I like the madness of juggling lots of different things. I too felt like I couldnt cope at the start and I am still struggling with organising myself. A tip for you - try using a free online planner/organiser - I am using one called backpack, it is fantastic! It helps you to think less!, remember less etc. Once you add your tasks in you just get on with things. This definately helped me to feel more in control of things. Overwork created a lot of stress/anxiety for me - still does - but rather than freak out on it I am seeing whether getting more organised can help - if it does great, if not then I move onto another career path - this way I have given it my best shot! Well done and keep up the good work! I'm still here and smoke-free! :) I am going cold-turkey and for some strange reason, I am finding this quit easier than the last 200 times (this is my first cold-turkey attempt). The only real craving I've had is when I went out drinking one night. (I haven't done that since) I do notice an increase in my sense of taste and smell, which makes food very enjoyable! I am trying to keep the munchies to a minimum and exercise every day but that is a challenge in itself. Sometimes I am drawn to the couch for some tv or my bed for a nap and I'm allowing myself that time if I want it. I do have my "bla" days....but overall I'm doing excellent! Karen.
