Wendi,, you cannot remain a prisoner in your own home right? And sure, there are people who may cave at 300, other's at 30, but sweetie there are so many that don't cave and if anyone does they get back up , dust themselves off and start all over again. PLUS, and this is the most important thing -- Every quit is very personal and very individual. You are you, not that other person who didn't make it. Be strong, don't let your mind trick you.. YOU are in control of this. Take baby steps if you have to and get out there .. It does get easier, but I'd hate to see you barracaded in your home ..go on..go outside..go to the store..buy gas! And if you get nervous then come here and post again!
