Hi interesting - I'm worried that you are putting too much pressure on yourself too soon. We are not expected to function normally during the first week - Do what you need to do and nothing more...if you don't have to go to the office and you don't want to go to the office, don't go.
Obviously, there are some jobs that we cannot put aside. (i.e. Yes...you will still have to go to work) Just be easy on yourself - if you aren't perfect, nothing terrible will happen. You are quitting an addiction that has been part of your life for a very long time. Do the best that you can but cut yourself some slack.
Life will gradually become "normal" but in a whole different way. You are doing well!
