Thanks everyone. What a lift to read all of your posts. There are many things to be discouraged about in our lives that are out of our control. Reading all of your notes has been so encouraging to me. And quitting smoking was something I could control in my life that has made me feel better about myself both physically and mentally. It really does snowball to other areas of your life as well. Don't get discouraged if you slip. I can't tell you how many times I tried before I was successful. Take back your life.
