Yep...I agree with Ter...and tomorrow....have all your tools ready (Drink lots of water, exercise, chew gum, post, eat carrots, chew on straws, drink green tea, go to the gym, etc.) and then do it all over again the next day....before you know it hell week will be over. Do every day one day at a time (sometimes one minute at a time). Before you know it, hell week will be over. It does get better, honest!
